Dr. Stefanie Pawelek DC, MSA, LAc

Dr. Stefanie Pawelek, a proud native of the Buffalo area, is a licensed acupuncturist and chiropractor with a passion for holistic health and wellness.  Dr. Pawelek is the owner of Seneca Springs Wellness and one of the few practitioners dually licensed in New York State and certified by both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has experience working in diverse clinical settings including Erie County Medical Center, University at Buffalo Neurosurgery, and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center.

Dr. Pawelek offers offers a unique blend of eastern and western therapies in her approach to treatment of acute and chronic conditions including Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture, dry needling, chiropractic, cupping, Tui Na Asian bodywork, gua sha or Graston technique, cold laser therapy and dietary/lifestyle recommendations. She specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain conditions, anxiety & depression, women’s health issues, fertility support and digestive disorders. As a dog mom and lover of all things nature, natural health and fitness she hopes to be able to guide and inspire you with simple ways to lead a more balanced life. Dr. Pawelek strives to offer personalized care through listening to each individual concern and collaborating with patients on their health and wellness goals. Amelia Pyle, LAc

Amelia Pyle is a Licensed Acupuncturist who completed her MSTOM (Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine) in 2012 from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. This Western New York native has been treating a wide array of conditions locally since 2013. To complement her BA in Dance from Naropa University Mrs. Pyle received additional training in Sports Medicine Acupuncture which offers her a unique approach to treat pain and overall wellness. In 2015 Amelia became the mother of twins, thereby offering her a new perspective on health and healing. It was then that the fierce gentleness of aging and becoming a parent added another dimension to her work.

Acupuncture can treat the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. There is a wonderful opportunity to use very specific points in an individualized way to meet each person’s unique needs. Amelia uses a myriad of techniques to optimize general wellbeing including: Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Herbal medicine, Cupping, Gua sha, and Acupressure for self-care. Dr. Nicole Enzinna , DC, LMT | Seneca Springs Wellness

Dr. Nicole Enzinna, DC, LMT

Dr. Enzinna is a graduate of the Chiropractic program at D’Youville College and is also a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Prior to her doctorate, she completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Psychology.

Dr. Enzinna utilizes a variety of Chiropractic techniques, including: Flexion-Distraction, Thompson, Active Release, Activator, and Diversified manipulations. She also has post-graduate training and is certified in Applied Kinesiology. Within the Applied Kinesiology discipline, Dr. Enzinna utilizes nutritional/vitamin muscle testing and cranial manipulation (Cranial Osteopathy) for patients with past traumatic injuries and chronic disorders. She also has specialized training with athletic injuries and worked with the Buffalo Bandits Professional Indoor Lacrosse team. Common conditions she treats include: migraines/headaches, temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), disc herniation, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains/strains and many more. In addition, if prescription medications are contributing to your pain she can also do an assessment for drug-induced nutrient depletions.

Within the massage therapy discipline, Dr. Enzinna is certified in Advanced Medical Massage for head, neck, thoracic, shoulder, and extremity conditions. She is also proficient in Trigger Point Therapy and often utilizes it in her treatment protocols to help alleviate pain and its associated symptoms. Some common symptoms arising from trigger points include: headaches, tooth pain, acid reflux and post nasal drip to name a few.

Dr. Enzinna has been studying holistic health, wellness, and nutrition for over 15 years while using her dual-degrees to get to the root cause of many musculoskeletal conditions. Although she does not solely practice massage therapy anymore, she continues to integrate her knowledge of musculature, skeletal structure, and proper nutrition to illicit a patient’s quickest and longest lasting road to recovery.

Jennifer “JP” Dossett, LMT

A native of the Buffalo area, Jennifer grew up in Cheektowaga, graduating from Cleveland Hill in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from Canisius College. With this first degree, she worked for Xerox for 8 years (2004-2012) within the Kaleida Health System, designing and managing documents. In October 2010, Jennifer graduated from the New York Institute of Massage, and in 2011 received her license. Since May 2012, she has been a full time Massage Therapist.

Combining her education from New York Institute of Massage, experience, and continuing education she has, like many therapists, her own unique technique. She prides herself as being thorough, reliable, hardworking, kind and compassionate.

Jennifer enjoys helping her clients through the holistic healing art of massage therapy and bodywork. She feels that it is very much a holistic experience, because many clients will not only leave feeling physically better but will also have a positive attitude and ambience after a session. She has many satisfied clients, who return regularly and refer their friends, co-workers and family.

Jennifer believes there is a Massage Therapist for everyone and that it is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Julie Witczak, LMT

Julie Witczak has returned to the Buffalo, NY area after 25 years living in Florida, Wyoming, and California.
She began her journey in nursing after her baby suffered a hypoxic brain injury in 2007 due to viral seizures. After spending much time in the healthcare industry, Julie quickly realized that alternative wellness was her purpose. Specifically, she wants to educate others on the significant impact that our musculoskeletal system has on us.

Julie was licensed and educated in massage therapy throughout the states of Wyoming, Colorado, and California, working with all types of professionals. She first attended The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO, in 2017. There, she was educated in neuromuscular modalities for structural integration of the musculoskeletal system. Among that modality, Julie has been educated in Ayurvedic, sports, medical, pregnancy, energywork, and myofascial therapies, including proprioceptive stretch therapy. Julie also attended the New York Institute of Massage and is now a licensed NYS massage therapist.

She specializes in an Active Release Therapy and wants to educate others on musculoskeletal release for chronic pain and to aid in the prevention of injuries or disease. Julie does not believe that massage is only for relaxation. She is passionate in her belief that massage is a crucial part of our wellness and encourages everybody to give it a try.

Dr. Kayla Gawlak, DC

Dr. Kayla Gawlak is a graduate of D’Youville University, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Prior to her doctorate, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at D’Youville in 2021. A Buffalo native, Dr. Kayla is passionate about supporting her local community, from sports teams to small businesses.

She is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She offers a holistic approach to health and wellness, utilizing a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Flexion-Distraction, Activator, Active Release, and Thompson. In addition to these, she holds specialized certifications in the Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and the Webster Technique, which is specifically designed to care for prenatal and pregnant patients. She also incorporates dietary and nutritional counseling into her practice, along with modalities such as cold laser therapy, cupping, and the Theragun.

With experience in diverse clinical settings—including private practice, Thrive Rehab and Wellness, and the University at Buffalo’s Neurosurgery Rehabilitation Center—Dr. Kayla brings a wealth of knowledge to her patients. As a former college athlete, she has a special interest in working with athletes of all levels to optimize performance and recovery. Her own journey through recovery from a sports-related ACL injury and surgery has further fueled her passion for post-surgical rehabilitation.

After covering a colleague’s maternity leave, she discovered a deep passion for women’s health, particularly in prenatal and postpartum care. She is currently pursuing a diplomate in prenatal and pediatric care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, furthering her expertise in these areas.

Cory DeWitt, Licensed Esthetician

Cory is a recent graduate of Continental School of Beauty. Prior to her career in esthetics Cory spent 10 years working with children in the mental health field. She loves spending time with her husband & young daughter, gardening, reading books and indulging in a good true crime podcast. Cory is passionate about health and wellness both inside and out for people of all ages. She loves teaching new clients the basics of skin care maintenance as well as introducing more experienced clients to advanced specialized services. She can’t wait to bring her knowledge and skills to Seneca Springs Wellness.

Luisa Bruzga, MSACN

Luisa’s professional career spans over 20-years in the natural health and wellness field. She presently maintains a highly successful hypnosis and wellness practice which she designed to provide consulting, seminars and training on positive change and success strategies. She specializes in hypnosis for weight management, smoking cessation and stress management.

During a private session, Luisa incorporates a combination of techniques best suited for each client’s growth and potential. She blends gentle strength with a fluid, intuitive approach that invites deep relaxation and opens the way for transformation.

 

Luisa pursued advanced education in a variety of modalities deepening her studies of the connection between mind, body and spirit. Luisa’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition (MSACN), NY Chiropractic College; Certified Consulting Hypnotist & Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH); Certified NLP Practitioner & Transformational Coach; Reiki Master Teacher; Quantum Touch Practitioner/Instructor.

 

In 2010, Luisa received her NYS License as an Aesthetician providing Youthfulness and Rejuvenation Programs. She also specializes in various skin care treatments to assist in improving one’s appearance ranging from facials, anti-aging treatments, body wraps and back treatments to body balancing services delivered in a serene and comfortable environment.
