Craig A Horner

Craig is a Western New York native born and raised in West Seneca. He currently resides in Western New York with his wife Christina and his children Alex, Patrick and Katherine. He received a Associate degree in Applied Science From Villa Maria College and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College in Albany, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Acupuncture from New York Chiropractic College in 2008.

Dr. Horner is one of only a few health professionals in Western New York to offer both chiropractic and acupuncture services certified by the National Board of Chiropractic examines and the National Certification Commission for acupuncture.

Dr. Nicole Enzinna , DC, LMT

Dr. Enzinna is a graduate of the Chiropractic program at D’Youville College and is also a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo majoring in Psychology.

Dr. Enzinna utilizes a variety of Chiropractic techniques, including: Flexion-Distraction, Thompson, Active Release, Activator, and Diversified manipulations. She also has post-graduate training and is certified in Applied Kinesiology. Within the Applied Kinesiology discipline, Dr. Enzinna utilizes nutritional/vitamin muscle testing and cranial manipulation for patients with past traumatic injuries and chronic issues. Common conditions she treats include: migraines/headaches, tempromandibular joint disorder, disc herniation, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains/strains and many other conditions. If contributing to the condition, she will do an assessment for drug induced nutrient depletions typically caused by patients’ daily prescriptions.

In addition to her work as a Chiropractor, Dr. Enzinna is certified in Advanced Medical Massage for Extremity Conditions, and Head, Neck, Thoracic, and Shoulder Medical Massage. She has also served as a chiropractor/trainer with the Buffalo Bandits Professional Indoor Lacrosse team.

Dr. Enzinna has been studying holistic health, wellness, and nutrition for over 10 years while using her dual-degrees to get to the root cause of a condition. While she does not solely do massage therapy anymore she continues to integrate her knowledge of musculature, skeletal structure, and nutrition to find a patient’s quickest and longest lasting road to recovery.

Dr. Stefanie Pawelek, DC

Dr. Stefanie Pawelek, a proud native of the Buffalo area, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College, followed by obtaining her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville College in 2015. Dr. Pawelek is New York State licensed and certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She has experience working in diverse clinical settings including Erie County Medical Center, University at Buffalo Neurosurgery, and various outpatient clinics. Dr. Pawelek is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Acupuncture at New York Chiropractic College School of Oriental Medicine in Seneca Falls, NY.

Dr. Pawelek utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified chiropractic adjustments, Flexion-Distraction, Myofascial Release and Graston soft tissue therapy. She is also certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in Webster Technique for chiropractic care during pregnancy and has obtained advanced education in holistic health practices. In addition to traditional chiropractic care, Dr. Pawelek also offers Cold Laser Therapy as a means to treat a variety of acute and chronic injuries.

Jennifer Perlette Dossett, LMT

Jennifer is a Western New York native, who currently resides in the area with her family. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from Canisius College for Digital Media Arts. Prior to Massage Therapy, she worked for Xerox for 8 years within the Kaleida Health System, designing and managing documents. Jennifer was also a competitive swimmer through middle school, high school, and college. She had been a lifeguard, teacher and coach for over 10 years in the WNY area.

In October 2010, Jennifer graduated from the New York Institute of Massage, and in February 2011 received her New York State License to practice Massage Therapy. Since May 2012, she has been a full time Massage Therapist, establishing her DBA as Massage By JP. Jennifer’s goal is to help individuals through the benefits of massage.

Dr. Rob Grobelny, DC, LAc

Dr. Robert Grobelny or “Dr. Rob” is a native of Buffalo, New York. While a child he moved to Indiana later returning as a teen to graduate from Bishop Timon High School. He received an Associate degree in Applied Science from Villa Maria College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Excelsior University. In December of 2001 he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the New York School of Chiropractic and has been in private practice since 2002.
Doctor Grobelny also holds a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from the New York Chiropractic College School of Oriental Medicine. In 2007 he had the opportunity to travel to China. While there he took part in rounds at the teaching hospital in the city of Hang Zhou, China. He is one of only two doctors licensed in Erie county in both chiropractic and acupuncture.

Tammy Achkar, LMT

Tammy is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with specific training in Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage. She has lived in Western New York all her life, and is a graduate of Alden High School and Erie Community College. She furthered her education at The New York Institute of Massage, graduating in 2007 as Salutatorian of her class. Tammy hopes to grow her practice by becoming more involved in Prenatal and Infant Massage at Seneca Springs.

Stacey Sutton, LMT

Stacey is currently licensed by the states of New York and Georgia, Nationally Certified and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Her Key skills in massage therapy are: General Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Therapy, Medical Massage and Aromatherapy among other modalities. Wendy Wilson, LMT

Wendy graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2005. She has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years and is trained in Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Medical Massage, stretching techniques and energy work. In addition to training in traditional Massage Therapy, Wendy also uses her training in Aromatherapy to incorporate various essential oils into each massage. Theresa Pawlowski, LCSW-R

Mental Health Counseling Services

Theresa is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Masters degree from the University at Buffalo. She has over 20 years experience working with a diverse population including geriatrics, families, children, domestic violence victims and chronically mentally ill.

Theresa specializes in anxiety disorders/stress reduction but also helps those with depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem and relationship issues. She uses a variety of styles and techniques in the therapy process, including alternative approaches of stress management, relaxation techniques, CBT skills and may also provide educational materials. Luisa Bruzga, MSACN

Luisa’s professional career spans over 20-years in the natural health and wellness field.
