Cold Laser Therapy can be used on patients who suffer from both acute and chronic conditions in order to help eliminate muscle and joint pain, decrease swelling, reduce spasms, promote relaxation of muscle tissue and to temporarily increase local blood circulation. Graston Soft Tissue Technique
Graston is a non-invasive technique that utilizes specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat areas of soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The goal of Graston Technique is to identify areas of restriction and attempt to break down scar tissue usually associated with some type of soft tissue trauma (ie: muscular strain, pulled ligament, tendon or fascia) in order to reduce pain and increase function.
